March 2004; In an article named "The Complete Guide to Googlemania!" Shepard Fairey was asked the question "How Would You Redo the Google Interface?" His response was as follows:

"I wanted to respect the branding and format that Google has established, and therefore I stuck with the structure of its interface to avoid user confusion. I like its simplicity, but I don't like the colors. It needs to encourage more of an emotional attachment with the user. I'm surprised they never thought to turn the o's into an infinity symbol. The number Google is finite, but it's so large that it is infinite for all practical purposes."
